How are Refunds or Cancellations Handled?

Refunds or cancellations are handled via RMA authorizations. Please be sure to receive an RMA authorization number before returning product. Use the Orders and Returns link to find your order information and submit an RMA request to our support team.

Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Which shipping providers do you use?
