FoamEra guarantees all products to be defect free and to perform as advertised. If you receive a product that does not meet these standards, then please contact our staff and we will do our best to correct the situation. 

What is FoamEra's Warranty Policy?

Our products are covered under a 3-Year or 5-Year Warranty, depending on the type of product. Please see below for specifics: 

  • Comfort Mats, Anti-Fatigue Mats, and Other Floor Mat Products

    These products are covered under a 5-Year Warranty. We will replace any products, at our cost, that fail within 5-Years of the purchase date. An RMA authorization and return of the defective item is required.
  • All other Products (Kitchen, Closet, Massage, and etc.)

    These products are covered under a 3-Year Warranty. We will replace any products, at our cost, that fail within 3-Years of the purchase date. An RMA authorization and return of the defective item is required.
  • General Warranty & Guarantee (All Products)

    All products are guarantted to be free of manufacturing defects. If your new product is damaged upon arrival we will replace the item at no cost to you. If the product was damaged in shipping, then we will work with the carrier (either UPS or USPS) to reimburse the cost of the product while a new replacement is shipped. Return of the damaged product via RMA authorization is requried.

In What Cases the Warranty is Not Provided?

Our warranty does not cover misuse of the product, abusive applications for which our products are not intened, or normal wear and tear of products over time. 

  • Product Misuse

    For example, using our oven mitts to handle hot wood in your fireplace. Our oven mitts are meant to be used in kitchens to handle hot pots, pans, and other baking utensils -- we cannot guarantee performance of the product outside of the kitchen environment.
  • Product Abuse

    For example, droping a knife (blade first) onto our kitchen comfort mat will likely puncture the soft, cushioned surface of the mat. This type of damange is not covered by our warranty.

How Do I Request an RMA?

Please use the Live Chat function to contact our support staff to submit your RMA request. Once your original purchase is confirmed, simply ship the defective product back to us with the RMA#. If our staff are not online, you can leave a message via the chat function or email support@foamera.com for assistance.
